. Created a SharePoint Site to post all lease, management
and service agreements where management can access as needed.
. Eliminated temporary labor and effectively reduced cost of
$900,000 per year.
. Spearheaded the development of a training program
documenting all necessary Training Plans and Procedures for
the accounting department.
. Modified the sale tax submission to save property over
$200,000 per year in tax liability. Additionally, identified
a potential $1M- $2M annual sales tax liability and modified
the banquet gratuity program to eliminate the potential risk.
. Implemented an electronic billing process for the hotel's
convention groups which increased the speed in which customers
receive their bill and expedited the payment turn-around.
. Developed a method to allow hotel guests to request copies
of their folios online from the Mandalay Bay website. This
increased the volume to over 200 requests per day and reduced
the phone volume requests proportionately.

. Eliminated and consolidated various departments such as

. Instrumental in the consolidation of Accounts Receivable
for Caesars Entertainment Western

savings in excess of $500,000 annually.
