Responsibilities:

. Oversee all Finance areas including Casino, Credit, Hotel

and Financial Accounting.

. Forecast monthly and quarterly financial performance.

. Drive the annual operational and capital budgeting

process.

. Assure monthly financial statements are prepared timely

and accurately.

. Work with operating departments to identify opportunities

to drive revenue and lower expenses.

. Negotiate lease agreement deal points and work with the

legal department to accurately outline financial and monetary

Major Accomplishments:

. Opened 30,000 square foot casino and 205 room hotel with an

overall capital budget of $368Million.

. Built top Accounting and Finance team.

. Drove the Accounting policy change on base stock,

contributing over $2M to EBITDA over 18 Months.

. Developed all Internal Control procedures for the property

to comply with the Louisiana Gaming Control Regulations.

. Drove the development of all the Cage and Accounting

procedures with team.

. Develop an online casino credit application process.

Responsibilities:

. Oversaw all Accounting areas including Casino, Hotel and

Financial Accounting.

. Drove the annual operational and capital budgeting

process.

. Assured monthly financial statements are prepared timely

and accurately.

. Worked with operating departments to identify

opportunities to drive revenue and lower expenses.

. Negotiated lease agreement deal points and work with the

Legal department to accurately outline financial and monetary

. Reviewed and approved all entertainment and promoters

contracts for Night-Life department.

. Directed Night-Life weekly Marketing Meeting with

Major Accomplishments:

. Implemented a semi-annual online and fully electronic

Employee Survey for the Finance and Accounting areas.

. Created a SharePoint Site to post all lease, management

and service agreements where management can access as needed.

. Eliminated temporary labor and effectively reduced cost of

$900,000 per year.

. Spearheaded the development of a training program

documenting all necessary Training Plans and Procedures for

the accounting department.

. Modified the sale tax submission to save property over

$200,000 per year in tax liability. Additionally, identified

a potential $1M- $2M annual sales tax liability and modified

the banquet gratuity program to eliminate the potential risk.

. Implemented an electronic billing process for the hotel's

convention groups which increased the speed in which customers

receive their bill and expedited the payment turn-around.

. Developed a method to allow hotel guests to request copies

of their folios online from the Mandalay Bay website. This

increased the volume to over 200 requests per day and reduced

the phone volume requests proportionately.

. Oversaw Accounting, Financial Analysis, Cage, Casino

Collections and Warehouse.

. Responsible for increasing team member's semi-annual

survey scores in all functional areas.

. Identified over $375,000 in annual cost savings by

implementing a comp interface system for all Station Casino

properties.

. Assured monthly financial statements were prepared timely

and accurately.

. Oversaw all Treasury functions.

. Participated in monthly financial statement presentation

to corporate Chief Operating Officer.

. Lead the annual operational and capital budget as well as

the monthly forecast process.

. Assured property compliance with Minimums Internal Control

. Opened a 2900-room luxury casino resort.

. Developed and maintained finance department's critical

path as it related to the opening of Paris.

. Responsible for General Ledger, Operations Analysis,

Casino Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable,

Inventory Control, Payroll, Hotel Credit, Revenue Audit,

Employee Dispatch Cage and Food Cashiers for Paris/Ballys

Resort.

. Developed policy and procedures for all responsible

departments.

. Eliminated and consolidated various departments such as

Night Audit, Hotel Collections, and Revenue Audit.

. Instrumental in the consolidation of Accounts Receivable

for Caesars Entertainment Western

Region. The consolidation was responsible for cost

savings in excess of $500,000 annually.

. Developed and managed the annual budget and forecast

process.

. Implemented cost savings plan that included reducing 13

full time equivalents in the accounting department.

. Participated in the conversion of all major hotel and

casino computer systems.
