launched the HR application for the business users. The HR
Application consists of the EHR Customization for Employee
hiring, transfer and termination. This is done through employee
wizards in the Employee details form. The wizards display the
data through a series of setup tables in the HR Application.
The Trade and Logistics modules are done for the Dan-Foam
customization which includes the Inventory Management, Account
payable and Account receivable modules.

o It is built using People Tools. It is primarily a front end
and the PeopleSoft database is not used. The 8000 odd custom
build objects directly interact with backend applications
such as (GCIF - Customer database, Accounts application and
Citi Smart) with real time integration.
o Citi has developed custom JMS, HTTP and TCP/IP socket
connectors. These integrate with the integration broker. The
integration architecture does not use any batch processes.
All transactions are real time interfaces.

spend these funds. In the existing Process a fixed set of
Approvers were selected in the system. The Approval Process
in ARPE Application was automated according to the Project
Dollar value. Based upon the Project dollar amount the
lists of Approvers (Project Leader, PL-Managers level-1, 2)
were displayed in the Application.
o Finance Dashboard is an Intranet Web Application displaying
the financial data points for Purchasing, Receipts, General
Ledger, Account Payable, Inventory, etc. The Financial data
points are displayed for Americas, Asia, and Europe Poles
Worked on the Purchasing section of Application. Added new
section (Purchase receipt unaccounted) in the Application.
o OfferLink application is an HR Application for generating
Offer Letters by HR Managers in GE Healthcare. The
Application is used in GEHC for creating new / updating
Offers, Searching Offer-Letters, Viewing the Offer-Letters.
o Six Sigma portal is an Content Management tool for Six
Sigma related documents, information, news, Learning,
(M)BB's deployment tracker, etc. It also contains interface
for Managing the Administration side of the tool wherein
the Admins can upload documents, links, and brief
information about different users, Users may visit the
website and view items and related information under those
items. The Content information/data in the Application is
updated by the functional owners itself.
o Equity Tracker application is a Financial Application with
following functionalities: The Application stores the
Investment made by companies in the form of Shares, Equity,
and Warrants. Live data is pulled from yahoo stock quotes
and updated in database. Transaction Logs for Stocks and
Warrants. Reports for Stocks, Open Investments, Closed
investments, Warrants.
o E-integration is a Business enhancement tool for tracking
the financial performance of Acquisitions made by GEHC.
Integration steps 1 to 5 are to be completed to display the
Integration on homepage. Financial CTQ, Operational CTQ and
Synergies for Integrations. Function details / Tasks can be
attached to Integration. Step 2 of E-Integration displays
