Theory Knowledge:

. Basic knowledge about concrete like grades, slump and receipe

. Principle of working of concrete construction equipments like concrete

batching plants, concrete Pumps, Transit Mixers

. Complete knowledge of the operation and maintenance of concrete

Batching plants like CP 30, Penta 0.75 T S plant, M 1 PLANT

. Can able to handle the schwing stetter control systems like MCI 35,

MCI 70N, MCI 360, MCI300

. Able to read the electrical circuits of the batching plant and trouble

shoot the plant with Operation sequence

Assembly Line Knowledge:

. Personally involved assembling of, CP30 & 0.75 TS &, M 1 Batching

plant

. Basic knowledge about concrete and transit mixers and concrete pumps

Practical Knowledge:

. Worked with experienced operators for one month and acquitted

knowledge of CP 30, 0.75 batching plants.

. Hands on experience in receipe feeding and calibration of Omron Meter

. Can understand the Plant confirguration settings menu in the operating

system
