Position: Trainee – Mechanical Engineer, from 21st Jan 2011 to 21st Jan 2012

Production Engineer, from 21st Jan 2011 to till date

Role:

Identifying parts for Robot welding considering productivity and quality

Preparation of Jigs and fixtures for Robot welding

Programming Robots for maximum productivity and minimizing idle time

Conducting training for Robot operators and engineers

Ensure the Quality Policy, IP Protection Policy, QMS manual and QMS procedures fully

implemented and maintained in all levels

Execute all Fabrication activities as per the ITP, Project schedule and Production plan

Check availability of existing materials and report to the Production manager for the

requirements

Monitor and ensure that the in process inspections are being offered to QC and carried out as

per the project inspection and test plan

Identify the requirement of on job training requirements on project basis and organizing

training as and when required

Ensuring Supervisor and the forman allocating man power properly and the equipment and

Organizing welding training for the welders and qualifying according to BSEN or AWS standards
