manager, corporate director of operations, and internal customers such as
the assembly cells that we support.
Operations experience includes: managing a 3 shift 52 person CNC machine
shop with the responsibility of machining all aluminum castings for each
assembly cell in Milwaukee Electric Tool. Machined 1.8 million castings
annually.
As cell manager I was responsible for the annual budget setting of the
cell. Monthly I tracked the cell's actual performance to the cell's budget
financial metrics.
As cell manager I was responsible for all manning needs of the cell.

I trained with METCO's corporate quality team and our outside ISO 9002,
14001 certification agency in how to be an effective Quality Systems
Auditor.
The daily process and systems auditing scope emphasized on maintaining the
ISO 9002, and ISO 14001 certifications specifically within the local
manufacturing cell and the plant as a whole. The auditing process was
geared more to finding system failures rather than employee or operator
failures.
Managed multiple quality auditors in providing the auditors their daily
scope of process auditing within their own department as well as cross-
functional process audits in other work areas.
Led in training the process quality auditors and other team members in root
cause analysis and short term and long-term corrective action
implementation.
Led the process auditors in determining the effectiveness of the corrective
action plans that were created and implemented as a result of a
manufacturing process audit finding or a system noncompliance.
