ROLES AND RESPOSIBILITIES

1. Tracking Leaves attendance of all the associate and update in the excel sheet and send the

data to the head of the unit on regular intervals.

2. Maintenance of leave and attendance Register for both the workers and employees

3. Submission of statutory challans and returns of minimum wages etc., at Regular Intervals.

4. Personal Profile Maintenance of every associates including leave request, permission slips

increments letters, offer / appointment letters, related documents are in place and need to

send a copy to the head office for records

5. Assist Project HR in Charge in preparation of statutory compliance.

6. Assist Project HR in charge in co- ordination with the local banks to ensure that the salaries

are processed to bank nearby office timely.

7. Assist HR in Charge in Organizing welfare activities such as accommodation (Guest house,

Rent House) the basic amenities like food, water, Shelter are arranged.

8. Assist HR in Conducting joining formalities for the associate who separates from the

organization.

9. Conducting full and final Settlements for the associates who separate from the

organization.

10. Preparation of Invoicing of Transportation bills (Vehicle LMV) for office use.

11. Keep Monitoring of security personal duties and their monthly billing of contactor

manpower.

12. Controlling of unauthorized Absenteeism.

13. Manpower Utilization and Provide safety utilities for CLS.
