induction.

- Shortlisting immune inhibitors from the available vendors along with relevant documentation.

- Perform mouse spleen extraction and actualize MACS (magnetic activated cell sorting) of immune cells.

- Execute systematic plating of immune cells along with listed immune inhibitors and activation factors.

- Identification of potential immune inhibitors based on the FACS data analysis.

Contribute to Cancer Research Project using Breast Cancer cells.

- Perform cell culturing of the cancerous and normal cell lines. Execute cell passaging, counting and plate

seeding experiments.

- Develop targeted and control formulations (Liposomes, Micelles, Nanoparticles and Dendrimer) using

Conjugation, Freeze drying and Size Extrusion techniques. Implement stability profiling of the

formulations by Zeta potential, Zeta Sizing and NMR techniques.

- Execute in-vitro studies of cytotoxicity, FACS, Fluorescence Microscopy of the formulations.

- Actualize in vivo studies of the formulation using mice followed by tumor extraction for localization

and Tunnel Assay experiments.
