shops: electrical, utilities, heavy equipment, carpenters, heating
ventilation & air conditioning, power production, emergency management,
and engineering apprentices, with over 90 military personnel.
. Build and schedule recurring work programs for maintenance of base
facilities to include structural, mechanical, electrical, pavements, and
plumbing.
Air Force Construction Equipment Operator; Multiple Locations
June 2002-February 2010
. Assigned to Cannon Range, Fort Leonard Wood, from August 2009-January
2010. Graded roads, fixed drainage culverts, assisted range personal in
threats during bombing missions, wrote an operating manual for a new
piece of equipment bought for the range, assisted in the installation of
a solar panel and repeater for GPS tracking. Awarded an Air Force
Achievement Medal.
. Was a key asset in the success of the unit by performing Rapid Runway
Repair during an ORI in Alpena Michigan, displayed a thorough knowledge
and taught a new airman the proper procedures.
. Worked full time, maintained eighteen college credit hours and stayed up
to date on all training for the Tennessee Air Force National Guard.
