• Fast tracked, developed, implemented, and directed a lean cost-effective behavioral
based multidisciplinary clinical, environmental, industrial hygiene, safety, loss control,
wellness, security, fire and rescue program involving 75 people into a seamless
departmental entity and optimized its integration into a gold mine and mill operations in
a remote area of Alaska.
• Facilitated the implementation of behavioral based just culture change throughout the
occupational SHE programming with the focus on accountability, reducing injuries and
non-punitive reporting of errors with the goal of laying a foundation for the introduction
of high reliability organizing in a 14 hospital system in three states.
• Realized a 300% increase in revenue and client base over a four-year period.

HPV Contaminated CO2 Laser and Electrocautery Plumes During Surgery. Designed
engineering controls to eliminate exposure.
• Presented more than 65 diverse professional scientific, medical, industrial hygiene,
safety and occupational toxicology technical presentations to professional societies and
