Team Leader for Migration of FLEXCUBE screens (Jun 2006 – Jan 2008).

The Front end screens in FLEXCUBE were developed in Developer 2000, which was migrated

to java based UI XML screens.

I was leading team of 13 people, to convert various screens in Core module, Money market,

Data Entry, CASA, Interest and charges module screens.

We ensured in process of screen migration, we retained the functionality.

One of the four person involved in designing the infrastructure for Flexcube FCJ version.

Team Leader for Upgrade of FLEXCUBE for CITIBANK at Poland and Production support for the

CEEMEA countries ( May 2004 – May 2006).

Flexcube upgrade for Citibank to a newer version of Flexcube. Was senior Technical lea d person

in the Upgrade project.

Citibank APAC region - Implementation of Cash Management module and Production support (Jun

2002 – May 2003)

Cash Management module was developed for CITIBANK ASPAC region, module was

successfully implemented in 12 countries in the region including Australia, new Zealand, Hong

Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Taiwan, China, Korea and Malaysia etc. Implementation was based out

of SINGAPORE.

I was part of the On-site Production support team

After the success of the module at CITIBANK, it was got implemented at various other financial

institutions including AMEX.

Was part of Product walk thru done for ABN AMRO bank in Netherlands.

Development of Cash Management module. (Jul 2001 – May 2002)

Cash management module was specifically developed for citibank. This module is have two

different functionality called sweeping and pooling, this functionality used make sure that sufficient

funds at accounts of same customer in order to avoid debit interest

This module is similar to standing instruction, and it also have facility called pooling which is

similar to sweeping, but funds wont be transferred from one account to another account.

The funds movement through this module can be seperately tracked and also interest gained or

lost because of this module can also be tracked with special IC products.

Flexcube is a Universal Banking Solution covering Corporate, Investment and Retail banking.

This was a product developed from scratch by iflex and it supports different modules.

It is a back office system which does accounting, messaging, customer advices, interest,

Commission, fees etc. It has different modules like Interest and Charges, Loans, Deposits, Teller

operations, Standing Instruction, Term deposits etc and caters to a majority of Banking needs.
