My daily activities while on this job require attending engineering staff

briefings, coordinating with the workers on the floor to disposition non-

conforming parts and assemblies on the aircraft (such as, fastener subs, nut

plate straps, gussets, doublers, and any other standard repair procedures).

As well as, I evaluate the conditions and give repairs to keep the line going,

(remove and replace), and write the required ECNs, when an engineering

issue needs improving or corrected.

I perform many tasks on a daily basis within this job. Parts Assembly, small

press operation and sheet metal assembly are just a few of the many tasks

which accompany this job. It requires knowledge of blueprint reading,

calibration, drilling, electrical wiring, functional testing, part layout, precision

measuring, riveting, bonding/sealing, and many others.
