Direct all aspects of construction projects throughout the country.

Interact extensively with property managers, city officials,

architects, inspectors and clients to ensure assignments are

completed in compliance with building codes, and to the

satisfaction of customers. Manage subcontractors. Organize

layouts. Pull permits. Supervise electrical work. Maintain

meticulous records of all data.

Oversee both new construction and tenant improvements at

residential and commercial/office buildings. Assist with

construction as needed. Projects include new AT&T and (LEED)

Verizon stores (throughout the Western US), and buildings for

Talecris Plasma Resources in Las Vegas, NV, Mobile, AL and Pueblo,

CO. (2009 to present)

Responsible for interviewing, hiring and managing subcontractors

during the construction of numerous Alltel Cellular stores.

Coordinated all layout procedures. Successfully completed tenant

improvements and remodels while businesses remained open for daily
