As an independent sourcing specialist I have been sourcing for HIT professionals.

11/10 – 10/11 Talent Sourcing Specialist (Client Probuild Holdings) - In this Corporate
environment I was a direct compliment to the corporate recruiters, I floated between 10
recruiters supporting their departments to include Accounting, Marketing, Sales,
Information Technology (IT), Transformation Business Office (TMO) and Human
Resources. I provided a consistent pipeline of candidates to my assigned recruiter, acted
as a back up to the recruiters to cover vacations, sick time. I was able to establish,
cultivate and maintain relationships in all levels in the organization to maintain a solid
understanding of the changing needs. My clients are my assigned recruiters; my success
is directly tied to the number of hires they are able to make.
11/09 – 8/10 Contract Sourcing Specialist - (Client Trizzetto) - Responsible to
maintain a pipeline of quality candidates in Healthcare IT. In this very competitive
environment, I was tasked with searching and networking with healthcare professionals
who specialize in Health Care organization health plan implementations and providing
contact information and resumes to the Corporate Recruiters. Skill sets searched for

8/08 to 7/09 Dialysis Center Contract Recruiter (Client Davita) - Utilized knowledge
of industry recruiting and staffing strategies to coordinate, source, interview, and hire all
levels for clinics which were multi-regional. Collaborate with department leads, HR
team and management to establish recruiting goals. I participated in staffing initiatives as
they impacted various departments. Recruiting strategies included internet sourcing,
networking, community, career fairs, campus open house events, and advertising as
approved.
3/05 to 7/07 Healthcare Recruiter (Client CHW Las Vegas, Bakersfield) - Responsible
for conducting high volume, sourcing initiatives supporting the full lifecycle recruitment
staff at a major Hospital system.. In this role I recruited RN’s, mid-level clinicians, nursing
management, allied health professionals, clinical support, IT positions and clerical roles.
Generated a high volume/high quality pipeline of candidates. Sourced candidate
through various avenues to include internet referrals, campus recruiting, job fairs,
advertisements and direct email blasts. Helped to developed skill set in candidate
assessments through behavioral interview methodology, testing tools, etc.
