JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Role:
Working as OFFICER-HR & GA for Regional office (SOUTH) & Branches
reporting to Regional HR Manager for Recruitment, Payroll (For off roll
and contractual employees), Employee relations, MIS management, Admin
activities, Statutory compliances
. RECRUITMENT: Sourcing candidate's profiles and recruitment of OFFROLL
employees for Samsung's southern Indian operations.
. PAYROLL: Managing the attendance for the entire off roll and
contractual employees in all the 4 states and processing their salary
through their respective contractors.
. EMPLOYEE RELATIONS: Coordinating between all the employees and our
head office on various queries for Mediclaims, ID card processing, SAP
ID creations and management,etc.,
. ADMIN ACTIVITIES: Managing various Admin activities in our office
premises which include regional office, branch office, service
division and showroom with the help of housekeeping unit and security
unit.
. M.I.S MANAGEMENT: Managing various Information's for ONROLL and
OFFROLL employees and retrieving it in various forms as per
requirement.
. STATUTORY COMPLIANCES: Maintaining all registers and renewal of
licenses in accordance to The Shops and Establishment acts for all the
4 southern states.
. Handle statutory compliance like registration & Renewal, Labour
inspections & Labour court, Periodical returns under various
Labour laws
. Handle statutory requirements, employee's welfare and relations
and coordinating with Labour inspectors.
. Maintaining and updating the database of SIEL employees
periodically
. Maintaining MIS reports and data base of outsourced employees,
Security, House keeping and office administration activities of
south India Samsung branches.
. Maintain MIS Reports of employees infra structure requirements
and office infra structure requirements of south India Samsung
branches.
. Maintain Out sourced and contract employees Attendance, Payroll
and their statutory Compliances of south India Samsung branches.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
. Create and maintain a database of statutory Compliances of all the
Samsung branches located in Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra
Pradesh

NATURE OF JOB:
. Handle statutory compliance like registration & Renewal and
remittances for an establishment.
. Handle Labour inspections under shop& Establishment Act and Minimum
Wages Act.
. Handle Labour court cases under minimum wages act.
. Handle registering company under shop act and maintaining statutory
registers.
. Handle statutory requirements, employee's welfare and relations and
coordinating with Labour inspectors.
. Liaison with Labour office/regional Labour commissioner.
. Looking after all new branch registration activities.
. Knowledge in shop act, and other allied acts.
. Submission of periodical quarterly returns, half yearly returns and
annual returns to the inspector under Various Labour Laws.
