Mechanical Engineer
Responsibility:
. Responsible for preparing and changing 2D and 3D modeling of Pressure
Vessels, Heat exchanger, Pumps, Air Compressor, Impeller, Jet Pipes,
and Blades used in Pharmaceutical equipment using Pro-E and AUTO CAD.
. Provide Technical support for Design changing and drawings as per
ergonomics consideration using 3D CAD.
. Working with Pro-E and ANSYS for stress /load analysis and provided
technical data of Electrical Layouts and prepared Bill of Materials
using AUTO CAD
. Arranged work schedules to meet quality and scheduling demands,
Commissioned and maintained production line, existing operations.
Implemented the 5S (kaizen) principle to manage the flow of material
within the plant
. Developed product specifications, performed design verification,
worked with operations to validate a process.
Training:
. SAP/MM module training is taken from professional trainer.
Academic Projects:
Automated Ball Pen Assembly Machine Design:
. Developed an automatic high speed mechanical system to assemble
plastic ball pen using Pro-Engineering wildfire (3D CAD)
Analysis of 2-D Laminar flow over Pipe flow:
. Imported a model of Pipe using Pro-E in Pro-Surf of STAR-CCM (CFD
software).
. Generated mesh in PRO-AM before applying Initial and Boundary
conditions to the model in Star CCM.
Submersible Pump Core Molding Pattern:
. The part to be made and its pattern must be designed to accommodate
each stage of the process, as it must be possible to remove the
pattern without disturbing the molding sand and to have proper
locations to receive and position the cores.
