Project Description:

Apple has initiated the Rich Delivery Communication Project to provide

value added service to its customer. The overall objective of this project

is to keep customers appraised at every stage after the order is placed and

to enhance communications by sending SMS/Text notifications about their

order status.

Current Role

Mr. Nagur Shariff's current and future assignments is to represent at Apple

as a System Analyst - SAP representing Sales Distribution applications and

ensure the smooth implementation of the application addressing all the

technical, functional and production deployment issues and effectively

communicate with the technical team for issue resolution during UAT,

production deployment.

. Coordinate with business clients, discuss and propose SAP solution and

implement the process as per specifications provided.

. Requirements gathering and analysis, preparing design documentation,

design reviews, development, testing and deployment of application

enhancements.

. Understand current Apple's Business process scenario

. Deployment application in the test environment and initiate the process

of user acceptance testing. Regular interaction with the Apple's

Technical Leads, all belonging to different departments and divisions of

Apple to ensure the smooth running of the applications.

Nissan objective of Shift IS Project is to reduce the reconciliation

between SAP and Legacy systems and Improve data integrity. To Facilitate

Nissan finance team with SAP user interface for Full lifecycle tracking and

simplified research of vehicle, Track expense to individual vehicle,

Map Pricing, costing and inventory functionality with on-demand reporting.

Contribution:

. Business Process Mapping for end to end implementation of Parts Business

configuration, customization, integration, gap analysis and testing;

translated complex business requirements to SAP R/3 solutions.
