Objective - To continue to exploit the various skills that I have

developed over that last twenty plus years as an

independent business owner. More specifically, the

management of individuals and businesses with widely

diverse priorities into a singular and joint objective.

History - Beginning my career as a consumer electronics salesperson and

subsequently in the sale of commercial video equipment to

cable and broadcast companies, I became intimately familiar

with both technology and its real-life application within

the production environment.

After moving into the wholesale distribution of VHS and

Laserdisc product, in 1992, I founded Elite Entertainment,

Inc., a high production value "premium" home video label.

Elite has been lauded as the first company to focus solely

on a particular genre at the highest end of the laserdisc

and later the DVD markets.

In this respect, I have been intricately involved in both

strategic and tactical penetration of the industry

developing particular expertise in the following

disciplines:

. Coordinating efforts of studios, production

facilities, directors, producers, agents and talent

to develop a coherent product strategy, schedule,

budget and fulfillment.

. Negotiating, licensing and acquisition of product.

. Budgeting and tracking all aspects of production from

project inception to market release.

. Creation, development and tracking of advertising and

marketing campaigns.

. Creation and development of new programming.

. Supervising and scheduling all production and

restoration work.

. Working directly with film producers, directors and

talent.

. Working with graphic artists in creating key art for

packaging.

. Compiling and producing supplemental material to be

included in the releases.

. Overseeing website design and content.

. Working one-on-one with wholesale distributors and

sales personnel.

. Developing sales, marketing strategies and tactics to

achieve sales goals.

. Identifying and exploiting new opportunities for

growth and penetration of product.

. All other daily administrative responsibilities.
