. Lead modeler for Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD), Air

Quality Impact Analysis (AQIA) and HRA of the Environmental Impact

Report (EIR) studies conducted with AERMOD dispersion model, HARP On-

Ramp and HARP software. Projects included two refineries integration

and the expansion and operation of a major port.

. Project lead for permitting projects including preparing Title V

permit applications for 16 lean-burn gas engines at a peaker power

plant and installation of backup diesel engines at data centers.

Assisted clients to obtain permits quickly while minimizing

installation costs, requirements and permit conditions.
