Owner, Master Electrician and Plumber. Responsible for the operation of the
business, served as lead electrician and plumber on site, supervising and
training crews, design systems to meet current codes, budgets and new
technologies. Responsible for all communications with customers, code
officials, venders and other trades. Estimated jobs, negotiated contracts
and pricing. Jobs ranged from service work and residential construction to
commercial, industrial and infrastructure. Specialties included

General Manager, Responsible for the daily operation of a 300 unit townhome
association. Also responsible for the total rehab and upgrading of the
property. Coordinated all work to the grounds, building exteriors, main
utilities and common areas. Designed improvement projects and coordinated
all contractor work. Computerized all accounting, capital expenditures,
maintenance and payroll. Capital Improvements ranged from computerizing and
architectural aesthetics to Infrastructure.
Assistant City Engineer, City of Largo FL., 9/1983 to 6/1985
Performed Site Plan review and approval, planning and zoning requests
approval, coordinated public utility and flood zone requirements, directed
the survey crew and performed public relations of the Office.

Civilian Position
Project Inspector, Performed daily inspections of assigned construction
projects. Reviewed, approved and coordinated submittals and change orders,
progress schedules and pay requests. Performed on-site testing and verified
contract compliance.

Service 5/75 to 8/80
Engineering Tech, Designed and monitored construction projects. Provided
contract specification, Environmental Impact Statements and submittal
requirements for projects performed on Base.

interest of the Contracting Officer. Performed site inspections to insure
