This position required scheduling individual meetings with Postal and Federal employees to
review their existing benefits (usually in their homes). These benefits include FEGLI, CSRS/FERS
retirement income and Thrift Savings benefit options. The goal is to provide an analysis to ensure
best use of earnings for financial services and products and to fill existing shortfalls for retirement
planning through a portfolio of financial products.

My experience includes prospecting for various agencies to market life insurance products to
include universal, term, whole life and annuities. I have spent many years marketing final
expense to seniors as a field agent and through telesales. My experience also includes worksite

benefits in addition to the company provided benefit package. The supplemental benefits

I was employed by a federally-chartered bank to originate Home Equity Conversion Mortgages
(reverse mortgages) through various prospecting methods, including seminars, community
outreach and mail campaigns. The objective was to reach numerous senior homeowners to
assist them, through the use of the reverse mortgage to improve their lifestyles. On average,
production consisted of 3-4 loans each month.
