Sales & Customer Service Representative
During my thirteen years with AT & T, I provided both English & Spanish speaking customer assistance and service in every aspect of residential and private sector company accounts, including but not limited to Internet, Telephone, Cable and Wireless Mobile services.
My duties on a daily basis included answering customer questions regarding accounts, sales of all services provided by AT & T for Internet, Telephone, Cable & Wireless Mobile including set up of new accounts, billing, billing adjustments and explanation, account credits and collections, run credit checks and back ground checks, interfacing with management, compile & analyze monthly performance charts & meetings.
Trained new employees on Policy, Procedures, Compliance and Protocol of each entity of
AT & T rules and regulations per company standards of services provided.
I am Bilingual in Spanish and am proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel, Power Point, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Premis address verification, Sword billing editing system,
including internal company systems such as CCTP, OMS, SWAT and CPSOS.
Housewife and Mother 1996 – 1998
My housewife and Mother duties consisted of keeping our home clean & organized, budgeting all finances including paying bills, scheduling my husband and two (2) sons activities, car pooling school and sporting events, as well as keep my family’s needs a priority.
