York, 2011 – current.

Recruited by the new NA (NA, Canada, and Caribeen) President to identify operations performance solutions to long

standing HR issues. Managed and execute all aspects of strategic and tactical global talent acquisition

efforts. Develop HR salary and Job maps utilizing metrics to drive performance and restructure

compensation and benefits. Established policies and procedure and engaged in proactive vendor relations

with Payroll/HRIS, employment/immigration attorneys, insurance, accounting/tax advisors.

Accomplishments

Created first centralized staff talent acquisition department, resulting in reducing recruiting budget, while

reducing the time to hire and improving the quality of hires, measured by decreasing attrition of new hires(45% to

Successfully implemented robust front-end employee recruitment, on board, and acclimation process to attract

benefit analysis, ROI, cost-per-hire, cost-per-training, diversity hire, and internal vs. external career movement.

Consulted and advised hiring managers on the overall hiring process for requesting and interviewing while

Designed a competitive compensation and benefits program that included: performance-based pay and incentives;

cafeteria style benefits.

Spearheaded the implementation of a series of innovative learning and development training programs for all

levels of the employees. Developed a comprehensive training site with a curriculum that focused on career

Recruited by the president to lead pioneered and successful change management – Merge of Science College with 4,000

management as VP of HR and General Manager.

Redesigned and implemented a new budget/ hours for the different academic schools, including audit and

control payroll, reports and oversaw the 27 million shekels.

Increased employee engagement by reengineering business processes, designed and executed a stepped
