PET/CT Technologist Jan. 2006 to Oct-2008

Performed PET/CT scans in a very busy clinic doing injecting, camera QC, filming, ordering

supplies, marketing, scheduling and anything else that needs to be done in day to day operations.

I scanned with a Siemens Biograph Duo PET/CT camera.

Nuclear Medicine Technologist (1992 to 12-2005)

At Wadley Regional I worked in a busy 400-500 patients per month department while

making sure quality control was done on all 3 ADAC cameras and any other equipment each morning

before patient studies were started.

I had to write and change protocols as the doctors and I saw fit to get the best studies

possible for each patient. I made sure that all paperwork was done to assure there were not any problems during state inspections and JCAHO audits.

I was the UAMS clinical site supervisor at Wadley. I was in charge of training and

evaluating all the students that came through our department.

Nuclear scans done at Wadley Regional and St. Francis hospital were always varied and

this helped me to keep my skills finely honed.

While at St. Francis/Grand Island Radiology Associates, I was the Chief Technologist for 5

of my 8 years. I was in charge of running the department smoothly and efficiently. I also did

transcription of the radiology reports for many of those years.

I have worked on ADAC, Siemens and GE cameras during my career in Nuclear Medicine.
