conducts for international buyers such as Wal-Mart, Tesco, Carrefour,

Costco, Ann Taylor, Debenhams, Espirit, Addidas, Nike, Target, Group

JOB PROFILE:

o Implementation, monitoring and feedback on compliance policies being

formulated by management

o Filling up of facility approval formats and submitting to corporate

office for onward transmission to buyers or their nominated auditors

o Day to day monitoring of all compliance related activities in factory

o Verification and timely action on statutory documents such as renewal of

licenses, permissions, exemption letter from Govt. etc.

o Attending to all types of compliance audits by buyers or their nominated

agencies

o Implementation of corrective actions and advising to HO on action taken

so that the same can be communicated to buyers or their agencies

o Keeping close watch and updating all documents, factory safety,

environment and health issues

o Conducting periodical training and awareness program for workers and

supervisors

o Organizing welfare activities, awareness, training etc to motivate work

force

o Working hours and OT monitoring to ensure that they are within legal

limits and reporting to HO on daily/weekly/monthly basis

o Strengthening the committees within the factory so that any issue arising

is resolved within factory itself

o All wages, OT, ESI, PF, records monitoring

o Maintaining overall cordial industrial relationship and atmosphere in

their allocated factories

o Conducting fire fighting and evacuation drill, first aid training etc

with relevant records

o Training and monitoring the committees on grievance, canteen, ESH & POSH

o Cris-cross internal audit among groups and submission of report to HO

o Looking into all maintenance activities related to compliance, follow up

with implementation

o Implementing C-TPAT norms, filling up of forms, attending to C-TPAT

audits and getting approval

o Any other relevant job responsibilities that will be assigned by the

management.
