35 years in the aircraft industry in Tool Engineering and as Preventive Maintenance Coordinator.
Helped create the Tooling Preventive Maintenance System at Boeing (1992). Had the responsibility of
maintenance requirements for overhead mechanical equipment and special tooling at Boeing Wichita,
(1989-2002), majority of time spent in the design of mechanical equipment such as overhead handling
equipment (lifting fixtures, rotating fixtures and complex slings) and transportation equipment such as
large dollies and trailers

Over eight years as a lead tool engineer. Responsible for compliance to OSHA, FAR’S, DAR’S,
and other federal regulatory commitments through design and manufacturing practices.
Liaison experience such as Rapid Response Teams working between engineering and quality assurance
where I frequently prepared and presented briefings to management.
Tooling off-load coordinator, onsite visits to engineering and fabrication companies in Los.Angeles.
