I currently work as a full-time contract therapist traveling to a variety of locations including

skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and acute rehab facilities. I see a variety of

patients which entitles me to select appropriate interventions in the treatment of patients dealing

with orthopedic injuries, CVAs, neurological disorders, respiratory disorders and a variety of

other diagnoses.

I worked as a full-time PTA in this skilled nursing facility in which I was responsible for

approximately 10-12 patients daily under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.

I am a Graduate from the Krannert School of Physical Therapy. I was on the Dean’s List every

semester from 2007-2009 and graduated with a 3.58 GPA on a 4.0 scale. I received an academic

recognition scholarship from the University of Indianapolis and volunteered as an orientation

leader for incoming freshman from May 2007-August 2007.

I am very patient-oriented and have a genuine need for helping people. I possess great
