Oversaw Earned Value Management functions, including schedule and baseline development, tracking and recording progress, validating subcontractor performance, writing variance analysis reports, and substantiating Estimate at Completion (EAC). Ensured program compliance to Statement of Work and served as Control Account Manager and Change Board member. Partnered with program manager, utilizing Program Management Best Practices (PMBP), to successfully execute program on schedule and 4% under budget across business units, functional enterprises, and locations. Prepared and tracked funding, commitment, and expenditure profiles for program and lower-level subcontractors. Responsible for setup of EVM system at newly created office in the Middle East.

Supervised over 40 cost accounts and $3 million of budget as the Control Account Manager for Finance.

National Security Agency – Operations Research Analyst – Ft. Meade, MD

Provided business assessment, contract progress, and budget utilization reporting for the unit. Performed baseline maintenance, schedule evaluation, and performance measurement on over 20 projects for the Group.
