GE Wind unit deals with installing wind turbines and turbine related accessories. It involved Sales Cloud

implementation features like Sales Life cycle, Forecasting, Quote Generation, Contracts etc. There were various

workflows and approval processes designed as per the business requirement. Business analytics were captured

using reports, dashboards and analytical snapshots. There were around 200 reports classified as per the business

and users. The reports and their respective dashboards were classified mainly under three regions i.e. Americas,

Europe and Asia
