Business Description:

Farmers Insurance provides their customers to register claims by calling

the CSR. FNOL handles the request provided by the customers. The main Job

of FNOL will be register the claim and update the claim. FNOL collects the

data from the customer and verify the information by connecting different

services registers and updates the claims. FNOL having different lines of

business like Auto, Commercial Auto, Workers Comp, Umbrella, Property etc.

Responsibilities and contributions:

. Creation of activities and steps for implementing core business logic.

. Involved in the Creation of Access groups, Workgroup.

. Creation of flow actions, Section rules based on the business

requirement.

. Creation of RuleSets and updating Application rules.

. Developed repeating layouts to handle pega lists data.

. Self Code review and performance tuning.

. Debugging with Clipboard, tracer to analyze the issue.

. Worked most of the time in bug fixing which includes Root Cause

analysis, approach and root cause fix.
