PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
I have 8.5 years experience as a mechanical engineer in the field
maintenance, fabrication for Heat Exchangers, structural & Distillation
Column & vessels internals installation & erection execution work. I am
working in Koch Chemical Technology Group (I) Pvt. Ltd. (Div. Koch Glitsch)
I had also an opportunity to attend the assignment at TCI Sanmar-Egypt,
where my existing unit had exported Column Internals.
I had attended the Project work in almost all leading refineries spreading
over
India(IOCL,Baroda,panipat,haldia,Digboi,Mathura,Barauni,HPCL,GGSR,Bhatinda
RIL,Jamnagar,ESSAR,MRPL,OMPL etc.etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY
> Study the drawing & prepare column wise bar chart according to given
time period by Client.
> On time completion of all shutdown jobs.
> Close coordination with Client, Contractor and Inspection Agency to
monitoring various activities of installation for smooth execution.
> Prepare daily progress report and distribute to Client & Inspection
Agency.
> Brief about job, schedule, and safety requirement to contractor's
supervisors & Technicians.
> Carry out inspection & Prepare inspection report for all installed
items & to offer Client /Inspection agency for Inspection.
> Witness of Leak test, Dye Penetrate test, Hydro Test.
> Quick response to client/ contractor for site related queries to get
the job in time.
> Prepare final documents like Inspection Report, Job completion & Site
closing certificate, getting No due certificate from client store &
security dept.
> Contractor running bill, final bill certification.
> Make recommendations for replacement equipment.
> Communicate errors and required corrections to the client during
installation.
> Communicate required changes with KG designers and draftsman to ensure
that file drawings are correct.
> Initiate for developing new methods for improving the present systems.
> Monitor progress of work against planned and take timely corrective
actions to ensure timely completion of shutdown / project job.
> 10000% compliance on all safety related matters and set an example for
personal safety and for safety culture.
> Site report on closure of every site activity.
