British Telecom is a proud guardian of a critical national asset, the Local

Access Network; the infrastructure that delivers the data, broadband and

voice services to each home and businesses throughout the UK. They were

created to give communications providers' equal access to the wires and

fibers that connects all of UK, and to maintain and improve this

infrastructure which underpins the entire UK communication industry.

Openreach is the infrastructure division of the British Telecommunications

company BT Group. The main goal of this is to logically separate all the

circuits across different LOB's including BT Retail, BT Wholesale, and BTGS

etc.

Responsiblities:

. Handling a portfolio of three Copper products viz. PSTN, ISDN2e and

ISDN30,SBS for UAT testing.

. Proactively liaise with BT testing teams to ensure that their testing

can be progressed and that there is nothing delaying the test window

. Providing data & support to business to carry out E2E test scenarios

. For raising, chasing & resolving environment & test specific issues

. Timely and accurate mapping of UAT test cases with IVVT ones

. Front-end client interaction; attending daily updates, business,

review, walkthrough and defect calls

. Effectively coordinating with Environment and other platform teams for

end to end test support

. Reviewing test conditions, cases, defects, metrics and all test

deliverables/documentation

Tools and Technologies Used: Linux, Java, Advanced Java

Project Description: An address book is a book or database used for

storing entries called contacts. Each contact entry usually consists

of a few standard fields (for example: first name, last name, company

name, address, Telephone number, email address, fax number,

mobile number). It also supports Personal diary application.

My Role: Useful for Maintaining, Searching, Editing & deleting the

database entries of User application.

2) Project Name: Image Steganography

Tools and Technologies Used: Windows XP, Advanced Java

Project Description: Image Steganography is the art & Science of

invisible communication. Confidential data can be exchanged between

two persons. The mail goal is to provide Security to normal user by

hiding his confidential data inside the image that is image

Steganography. The application is easy to use & has a graphical user

interface enabling almost any individual to use it effectively.

My Role: Responsible for the exchange of confidential data through

Image with high security.

3) Project Name: LPG Gas Agency

Tools and Technologies Used: Windows XP, Advanced Java

Project Description: In Gas Agency system Customer database is

maintained. Customer can book the cylinder & get the delivery. It

also maintains the stock details of the system with all gas provider

companies. The whole process of maintaining the stock & billing is

computerized.

My Role: Responsible for maintaining & searching the transaction in

Gas Agency.
