This project Land base as well as Gas Domain based. We are

Capturing Roads,Land right points,Building points,Water lines,Water

polygons .The Project Concerned to the capturing of Electrical cables and

poles with the dimensions provided in the Input Rasters and done in Auto

cad. The client was supplied respected images like Information with the

cables and poles with the dimensions and the land base drawing.

Project Description:

The goal of the project is to correct the drawings for the

client DION(Wavin) as per the WION law supplied by the client.The drawings

should be drafted in Autocad 2009 version following the correct

specification as per the WION.

Project Description:

The ENBW is an electrical project dealing with the digitizing of electric

facility network i.e., high voltage, medium voltage, low voltage, street

lighting and telecommunication. The digitization part will be carried over

in Auto cad Map 5.0 and the data is loaded in Arc FM UT programs like

checker will be done in ARC FM UT before delivering the data to client.

Tools and technologies are Auto cad Map 5.0, Arc FM UT.

Project Description:

The aim of the project is tocalculate the assists of gas pipe

line network from station to consumer point.This is the offline project,in

this we have to capture steel,plastic and castiron pipelines and all types

of fittings which are required in the gas pipe fittings,regulating

points(stations).The reference sources are geo tiffs,raster images land

base and excel sheet.

GENERATION OF MACRO PART PROGRAM FOR THE PROFILE OF A

BARRING PINION WHEEL ON 5-AXIS CNC MACHINING CENTRE.

Project Description:

The Barring Pinion Wheel is assembled on the turbine

rotor. This is a critical component .At present this is done by ordinary

program by which the operator is facing a lot of problems so I selected to

generate a macro part program for this pinion wheel. Macro part program

paves the way for the development of similar modules for other such Nc

machinable components of the turbine rotor. This approach of creating

database of geometrical dimensions from the drawing which are the out come

of the design of the barring wheel.So, a better approach would be in

developing a Macro part program such that design procedure of the Barring

pinion wheel is also taken care of . Macro part program saves much time and

memory where as in the manual part program process is lengthy in

preparation of machining instructions. Hence the Macro part programming can

be used for the production of Barring pinion wheel of any size that is

either Hand Barring Wheel, Hydraulic Barring Wheel or Electro Hydraulic

Barring Wheel..
