EXPERIENCE

Del C4 Productions (Hamamatsu, Japan) - OCTOBER 2009 - APRIL 2012

POSITION: Business Owner, Director of Operations

ACTIVITIES: * Lead our team in organizing events throughout the Hamamatsu

area and managed our marketing, accounting, payroll, and

promotional activities.

* Responsible for the preparation and execution of joint ventures

with sponsors throughout Hamamatsu city vicinity, which led to

increased revenue generating activities for both our company and

our sponsors.

* Managed our direct contact with suppliers, including organizing

our contracts with food and beverage vendors, radio broadcasters

and advertising channels.

* Managed our overall marketing strategies and campaigns, including

web based marketing, social media marketing, radio advertising, and

printed marketing materials.

*Created promotions, which drew in an average of 500 people per

event.

*NOTE: Upon finishing my internship at Disney (listed below) I returned to

Japan where I was contracted as the Director of Operations for Del C4

Productions. After working at the company for over two years, I was given

the opportunity to buy a share of the company, and become a part owner.

"No Name" Bar (Hamamatsu, Japan) - APRIL 2011 - NOVEMBER 2011

POSITION: Bar Tender and Assistant Manager

ACTIVITIES: * Organized the procurement of stock on both dry and wet

goods.

*Assisted in the bar accounting, and made sure the registers

and cash drawers were correct.

* Responsible for organizing various bar promotions and

marketing activities.

*NOTE: I began working as a Bar Tender and Assistant Manager for one of

Hamamatsu's largest and most popular local bar establishments, the "No Name

Bar". This was a great experience for me as I was able to apply many of the

"American Style" marketing, promotion, and customer service techniques I

learned from my experience at Disney. The results were profound, and this

would eventually help lead to me landing my job and eventual partnership in

Del C4 Productions.

Walt Disney World (ORLANDO, FLORIDA) - JANUARY 2009 - AUGUST 2009

Program

ACTIVITIES: * Responsible for direct customer relations and ensuring that

way possible.

* Responsible for ensuring that the quality of the products we

sold to our guests was of the highest quality. * Carrying on

the "Disney Tradition" of ensuring that each customer had the most

"magical" experience possible.

*NOTE: I have always been fascinated with Disney's management

philosophies, and by the way this company conducts business. I find it

truly amazing how Disney is able to ensure that so many guests have a

pleasurable experience. I've always known that I would want to work in some

kind of hospitality or event planning business, where marketing and

customer interaction would be a major factor. So before graduating from

college, I decided to learn more about Disney and the way they did things,

and registered to be apart of the Disney International College Program.

This experience provided me with great insight into the hospitality and

event business and how it is operated both at Disney and here in the United

States. I would take these lessons and experiences back to Japan with me,

when I began working for "No Name" Bar and Del C4 Productions.
