Administrative Duties
• Responsible for scheduling appointments and reminding patients of return dates
• Handle the tasks of gathering information like patient histories, insurance claims
and medical records before patients arrive
• Perform responsibilities of responding calls with focus on care system and
greeting patients
• Responsible for maintaining patient histories, keeping clinical records up-to-date
and settling billing information
• Responsible for scheduling appointments and gathering insurance information
• Perform responsibilities of gathering patient’s health records
Dental Duties
• Prepare dental materials like cements, amalgam, composite, impression materials
• Promptly follow all instructions from the dentist dealing with patient comfort

and maintaining x-ray machinery, performing required laboratory procedures,
