Built a profit-and-loss organization with more than 70 marketing and
communication professionals supporting TI communication needs for internal
and external audiences across all business groups, fianc, corporate
communications, public affairs and HR functions. Directly responsible for
strategic planning, design, writing, public relations, event marketing,
video production, Web development, advertising, market research, print and
electronic collateral. Managed teams located in Dallas, Houston and Tucson
with extended support in Europe, Asia and Japan.
. Created an entrepreneurial business model that embraced activity-based
accounting, cost recovery, outsourcing and offshoring. Recouped costs of

award-winning digital museum and 28 full-page ads. The campaign resulted

the company and exceeded external goals by more than 20 percent.
