Summary I have over 14 years of experience providing environmental

design assistance to owners, architects and engineers. I have

extensive experience in the construction industry as an energy

and sustainable design consultant and also as an architect.

My work at The Weidt Group focuses on program and project

management for demand side management programs in the states of

Iowa, Nevada and Minnesota.

I manage and supervise teams that provide analysis and data to

help design teams understand the energy and environmental

implications of various design options. I have been involved

with over 100 projects, including several that went on to

achieve LEED platinum and gold rating. I have contributed to

development of several consulting processes and tools. I am

also skilled in presentation of technical information to varied

audiences and leveraging the networking experience to get

project leads for the company.
