. Member of a PMO responsible for the design, construction, and turn-on

of a state-of-the-art 775,000-sq. ft. manufacturing facility for

Commercial Server manufacturing. Personally responsible for planning

and managing the successful moves of all process operations into the

new facility over a 13 week period utilizing only weekends. A $25M

project that completed on time in 12 months to budget, with no loss of

production time or quality.

. Project Manager for multiple R&D development projects involved with the

development and release of personal computing hardware products and

software product releases. Successfully managed development and

release of multiple Japanese OEM products.

Business Strategic Development:

. Developed a strategic future state business process capability and IT

systems model for a 200 employee channel sales administrative

operations organization to enable strategic business cost reduction

initiatives for the Director.

. Established a business tactical planning methodology for the channel

sales operations manager including a business performance measurement

framework, project management lifecycle methodology and a

prioritization schema.

. Developed a strategic planning framework for the manufacturing manager

and his staff. Integrated the elements of vision setting, strategic
