and managing the successful moves of all process operations into the

project that completed on time in 12 months to budget, with no loss of
production time or quality.

development and release of personal computing hardware products and

release of multiple Japanese OEM products.
Business Strategic Development:
. Developed a strategic future state business process capability and IT
systems model for a 200 employee channel sales administrative
operations organization to enable strategic business cost reduction
initiatives for the Director.

sales operations manager including a business performance measurement
