Implementations:
A) Scorecard Automation
Designed and developed this application from scratch to automate the calculation of AMEX
employees scorecard. Scorecard results are based on number of opportunities successfully
closed by client managers and leaders by rolling up to the hierarchy.
This application saved 10 hrs on a monthly basis being put in by client to calculate scorecards by
running reports.
Whole application is written using Batch Apex code and aggregate query capabilities from
Salesforce technology.
Greatly appreciated by client for exceeding the expectation and coming up with a wizard based
design to run all the calculations.
B) North America and International Sales Cycle Implementation
This project involved implementing Client Management and Merchant Acquisition processes as
per the American Express Sales Cycle in North America and International market.
Features :
i) Sales Cycle implementation as per AMEX sales cycle.
ii) Lead conversion and lead assingment as per business rules.
iii) Internationally launched in US, JAPA,EMEA, CANADA leveraging Multi currency.
iv) Integration with other distributed systems using Data loader/Bulk Api.
C) Deal Protocol Application
Features :
i)Wizard based tool written using custom Apex code, VF pages and approval processes.
ii)Allows users to enter a contract based on financial terms and conditions followed by asking
approvals from relevant groups .Once approved contract is signed and a pdf copy can be taken as
print sheet.
iii) Email notification to users as per business rules.
iv) International launch (US, LAC, EMEA, JAPA) leveraging Multi currency feature.

Deal Protocol Bulk Functionality
After successful launch of Deal Protocol to assist Client Manangers and Payments team we had
the challenge to help users deal with sudden large volume of the records during peak months. I
designed and led the implementation of bulk feature to solve this problem where I
Integrated native Approval Process with APEX code to allow user upload records / update/ email
notifications in bulk. This was a very complex process and successfully provided a faster/efficient
bulk way to do things.

Worked for client Datascan Technologies Pvt Ltd. as developer for Wholesale Management
System application.
● Involved in front end development working on weblogic portal 9.2 which constituted of
constructing JSPs, controller files using portal framework in java and handling objects
passed from server side EJB (version 2.0) layers.
● Involved in writing cactus unit test cases that serve the purpose of server side white box
testing. The task includes verifying result set returned from API calls against data obtained
from SQL queries so as to emulate front end code.
