PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

PHILIP E. HEMMINGER SR

In February 1989, I left Geneva, NY to join the United States Army. I

retired from active duty in December 2009 as a promotable Chief Warrant

Officer Three with nearly twenty-one years of military service as a Human

Resources Officer, and immediately began employment as a DA Civilian Human

Resources Officer. I've served as an Assistant Scoutmaster for Boy Scouts

of America for 12 years, and Chapter Treasurer of the US Army Warrant

Officer Association for 3 years.

Due to the nature of my assignments and training, I have a background

that is more diverse than that of the ordinary Personnelist. With 22 years

in the profession, and over 18 years of supervisory, leadership and

management experience, I have served as the direct or second-level

supervisor to 200 Military and 30 Civilian Employees, and have Army-wide

notoriety for professional excellence, and for providing world-class HR

service and support to over 400,000 Soldiers.

I am a very well respected HR professional that is decisive, organized

and thorough, with strong character traits of tenacious action,

proficiency, professionalism, integrity, and passionate devotion to duty.

I am a natural leader with strong human relation and management skills, and

an affable and motivating personality easily accepted by those that come in

contact with me. I thrive on challenges and responsibility. I have

demonstrated ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet tight

deadlines. I have confidence in what I bring to the table, whether working

with individual employees, or briefing 4-Star Generals.
