satellite offices. Assisted in the planning and organizing of the work for the mail
services staff. Assisted in overseeing the receipt, sorting, and distributing of all
incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assisted in responding to inquiries and/or

PeopleSoft. I processed terminations, promotions, and special pay increase. Balanced
leave on an electronic leave card against PeopleSoft entries to verify their annual and
sick leave entries in PeopleSoft were correct. Maintained the Equipment Operator 1
database in Access by inputting data from applications into the database for hiring
purposes, from this database I could generate notices for applicants to come in for an
interview. Scheduling of interviews and the entire selection process. Administered
pre-employment drug screening to prospective employees before a position is offered.
Maintained the personnel database in Access to keep an accurate quick over view of
all employees. Supervised a small group of temporary assistants in organizing each of
District Sevens employees’ personnel files in a standard system. Maintained the
commercial drivers license database to make sure all Equipment Operators obtain
there commercial drivers license within six months of employment. Processed
employee verification forms received on a daily basis for the department.
Manager in Training 2002 - 2003
Kurani Pizza, Inc. (d/b/a Pizza Hut), Norcross, GA
Main operation was training to become a General Manager of a restaurant. Running
a shift without supervision, supervising twenty-five employees to ensure restaurant
was running appropriately. As a manager in training I handled customer complaints,
placed food order for the week, making crew schedules for the week, weekly inventory,
handling nightly paper work for the closing of the day. Generated field study reports for
the main office.
Executive Administrative Assistant 2002
Kurani Pizza (d/b/a Pizza Hut), Norcross, GA
Duties included assisting the President of the company by checking his emails,
scheduling of appointments, paying all of his personal bills, and all the company bills,
calculating quarterly bonuses for all 50 metro stores. Responsible for the general
office profit and loss monthly reports. Supervised six other departments within the
company. Processed payroll for the general office staff, and also ordered all the
supplies for the general office.
