> Contributed to the successful setup, buildup, and growth of Wagamama in
the U.S market. Business has expanded to four units and seven million
dollars in revenue. Wagamama is the only U.K. restaurant based company
that has been able to grow and gain market share in the U.S.
> Participate and cooperate actively in all activities related with the due
diligence processes that led to the sale of Wagamama for 215m. Created
and presented a strategic, expansion and diversification plan for the
business in the US to the new company owners.
> Selected and implemented a new ERP system for operations in the U.S.,
which was later deployed to the rest of the organization across eighteen
countries. This allowed the business to integrate global reporting
systems that improved business visibility and standardized processes
across countries and business units.
