Developed Global New Product Development Phase/Gate Process for

hermetically sealed compressors for a range of air conditioning and

refrigeration compressors, as well as condensing units and refrigeration

systems, the products are used in commercial refrigeration applications,

including freezers, dehumidifiers, display cases, and vending machines;

household refrigerators and freezers; commercial and residential unitary

central air conditioning systems; and room air conditioners.

Manage all global budgeted projects and maintain that they remain on

critical path. Manage all cross-functional global projects utilizing New

Product Development Process.

Manage Global Portfolio Management System to insure financial, schedule,

and resources are being utilized to their full capacity.
