Responsibilities: Procure and negotiate the cost for all need it parts, raw material, supplies and services for the Landing gear’s Repair

Station’s needs, with the help of one buyer; Administrate the stockroom’s inventory and personnel; negotiate and purchase major parts and

complete gears, for the operation, re source outside process services; evaluate vendors, participate on MRB meeting for part’s disposition and

or return to vendors; clear vendor’s discrepant invoices; interact with Engineering, Quality and Production control in order to meet the Sales

Plan.

Train the stockroom s clerks on Min-max system for supplies, cycle counting, part’s traceability record control, 5 “S”, JDE system

transactions.

Supervise a total of 3 permanent employees and 2 temporal.

Report to finances and the Material director total cost and savings per customer’s job number, and the bill to customers report, of scrap

replacement parts to Sales and Finances.

Participate on Kaizen events and Lean Manufacturing training, member of CPS (Circor problem solving) projects, in process to be a certified

trainer.

casting, local, domestic and overseas vendors); Metal raw material (aluminum & bronze); hardware consignment program, and all MRO

buy.

Resource of parts for new projects: coordinate from quoting parts to first article approval, and the correspondent release to mass production.

Responsibilities: Raw material s Contract negotiations; Re-source and search for economical local region vendors, to improve lead time,

freight and overall cost; Vendor evaluation and Certification as preferred vendor for Danaher Motion corporate; in charge of the followed

commodities: Metal Stamping, Metal and plastic Seals, External Process (plating, machine, paint etc.), Packaging & Label and Prints.

Also responsible to coordinate the disposition and reduction of Excess and Obsolete inventories, by selling back to vendors, or by rework of

parts and raw material, etc.
