Strengths
I have quite a lot of patience, able to keep a cool head and deal with
multiple projects appropriately and enthusiastically no matter the
situation. I am friendly, self-motivated, and easy-going, always
projecting a pleasant and professional demeanor, and have a lot of
experience working under pressure and with deadlines. I am also very
comfortable with sedentary, repetitious tasks in addition to the creative
ones.
Qualifications
I have a good amount of experience with the general duties of a
receptionist. Answering phone calls, screening visitors, and controlling
the entryway of my university's residence halls are all part of my current
job description. Every guest needs to be checked in at the front desk
where I enter some basic information, such as their name and last four
digits of their state ID, into our computer database. During peak hours
this requires me to be fast and precise, and I am able to handle the waves
of (often impatient) students coming to visit their friends while always
managing to keep a friendly, easy-going, and professional attitude no
matter what pops up.
