to and represented the Department Manager regarding a yearly average
project load of forty (40) simultaneous, diversified construction

Prevention, security, training, and quality requirements. Due to his EOD
expertise and previous association with the RSAF, Mr. Barrett was the
company's liaison with the RSAF regarding all explosive related incidents
throughout the Kingdom. He was intimately involved from design to
construction in most of the 120+ projects he managed for Saudi Aramco in
his eight-year tenure. Career project highlights include, the following
internationally acclaimed mega projects: the Shaybah Project (Contract

record regarding industry standard tracked safety statistics with a yearly
annual average contractor manhour totaling 28MM. Consequently, Mark was
officially recognized by Saudi Aramco in this position for both his
contribution in helping the Project Management Contractors achieve 30
million man-hours without a Lost-Time Accident and his supervision and
leadership of numerous T & I Shutdowns. He was intimately involved with all
T&I shutdown safety planning and interfacing with proponent organizations.

modernization of 3 refineries and 31 Bulk Distribution and Air Fueling
Units located throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. These facilities
