. Obtained patient medical history, pull and file medical records and

patient charts

. Record patient vital signs and prepare patients for examination

. Explain upcoming medical and diagnostic procedures to familiarize

patients for their treatment

. Discuss medication, side effects, treatments, diets, and disease

processes with patients

. Assist with patient examinations, medical procedures and treatment

administration

. Calculate medicine dosage for patients and distribute medications to

patients as instructed

. Verify patient insurance and coverage for medical procedures
