Sub prime Finance manager
I am the top Sub prime Finance manager in the city, I was also one of the
first DIAMOND DEALERS WITH CAPITAL ONE, and on the
Executive list. I also a top supporter of Capital One auto finance my
department runs about 50 sub prime deals a month. I start every deal after
we get the credit, I get the customer approved and tell the sales person which
car to put them on I also go out and take turn overs on the customer when
they can’t get the customer on the car. The customer comes back and likes
the car I work payments with them and sign them up and collect stips up
front. My job also consist of figuring the front end payment with Capital one
which is as followed for tiers:
Tier 5 is 10.66%
Tier 6 is 9.43%
Tier 7 is 8.95%
Tier 8 is 8.44%
I contracted 44 contracts one month in 2010 and I was in the top 10 in the
country for that month with capital one and that was just sub prime. My
duties include manager 15 sales people. Being a top originator of sub prime
loans and as of the start of this month running Prime paper too which I had
previously done prime as a backup for the prime Finance manager.

I was a salesperson and It consultant to Mtn View Nissan. My duties was to
sales cars and fix the computer network which I did mostly on my days off. I
was used car sales person of the year from 2002-2005. I was employee of the
year in 2004 . When I was promoted in Feb 2006 I was selling 25 cars a
month on average in a store that was selling 120 to 130 unit’s a month a
large percent was sub prime that I was selling. I won the Altima walk around
2 years in a roll at dealer level out of 15 sales people I placed 4th on year and
5th the other in regional competition.
I earned the owners first award of excellence since started for high customer
service usually over 90 percent from Nissan full line certified from 2001 till
promoted. Numerous sales person of the year award.

Cashed 44 contracts with capital 1 in one month in 2010 I usually run
around 15 to 20 a month on average with Capital one
