GRADE-X® Standard incorporates a service extension

framework that provides an integration point for

customer IT systems. This includes:

u Feedback Service that records the operations

performed during a diagnostic session

u Vehicle Identification service to integrate customer

specific vehicle ID routines

u Vehicle data and session management which

includes mechanisms for uploading feedback files,

collecting vehicle data and reporting data to

customer specific feedback systems

u Information retrieval service that allows the

runtime to get information from external data

sources e.g. DTC description
