In the position as Logistics Manager I was responsible for scheduling, on average, 35 bulk product deliveries a
week. My responsibilities also included maintaining driver qualification files, state and federal fleet
maintenance records as well as the required random drug testing program. I reviewed driver logs and approved
time sheets. I conducted performance reviews and recommended salary increases. I was responsible for the
purchasing of all related equipment and supplies used by the drivers.
In moving up into the Plant Manager’s position I have taken on the responsibility of overseeing Logistics,
Maintenance, Warehouse and Production. I have the responsibility of purchasing all equipment and supplies
used in production and in shipping and receiving, as well as approving purchases for Maintenance and
Logistics. I conduct new hire interviews and am heavily involved in employee safety and compliance. I

and administration programs. I worked to maintain strong interaction with Sales, providing CIS system
demonstrations and continued to address client concerns.
As CIS Analyst, I relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, to work out of the main laboratory. We installed CIS hardware
and software at client sites and trained employees in its use. We supported clients by analyzing and resolving
technical issues. We also installed laboratory test ordering computer systems in client facilities and trained
physicians and office staff on its use.
As Distribution Supervisor, I was responsible for selecting, training, evaluating, scheduling and supervising
Distribution staff within the Southwest Virginia area to ensure reliable and cost effective delivery of client
