nationally recognized automotive repair company and completed a
comprehensive training program at the corporate office in Atlanta
covering all aspects of operational policies/procedures, auto repair
services/products, and customer service programs.
. Conduct daily, weekly and monthly sales analysis to
identify areas for improvement or sales growth and interact with the
management team to discuss ideas for increasing sales and
profitability for the repair center.
. Generate revenue growth by serving as a front line
representative to customers to discuss their automotive maintenance
needs, write up service orders, coordinate schedules with
technicians, and contact customers to secure approval for repair
services.
